Orbital Engine Company (Australia) Pty Ltd was established in January 1973.
When did Orbital go public?
Orbital shares were first offered for sale on the Australian Stock Exchange in July 1984. In 1991 Orbital listed on the New York Stock Exchange switching to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board “OTCBB” in July 2004.
